Taylor Stanton, Executive Chef at The Tides Beach Club

Raised near Moosehead Lake in Northern Maine, Executive Chef Taylor Stanton draws inspiration from his coastal surroundings in Kennebunkport and focuses on native Maine ingredients.   Stanton’s menu pairs beloved TBC items such as Maine crab cakes and the Goose Rocks Beach lobster roll with new favorites such as lobster rangoons, a crispy fried chicken sandwich, and pan-seared salmon on a bed of red quinoa.  Prior to his role of Executive Chef of The Tides Beach Club, Stanton worked as the Chef de Cuisine at David’s KPT in Kennebunkport and Sous Chef at Yellowfin’s Restaurant in Old Orchard Beach.  He graduated from Salter College in West Boylston, MA.
